A little late with this post, but this cocktail is definitely worth the wait! We will get right to the goodies!
Ingredients: (per cocktail)
- 1 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Creme de Cocoa
- 2 oz Rumchata
- caramel dip (I used the kind for dipping apples, you can melt caramels in the microwave too!)
- chopped pecans (I used candied chopped pecans, and think they are the BEST!)
- Whip cream
- Pecan halve
- Ground Cinnamon Sprinkle
Rim a martini glass with the caramel dip, then dip in chopped pecan pieces.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the vodka, Creme de Cocoa, and Rumchata and shake for a minimum of 10 seconds...until your hands want to break off...but if you're a thinkin' person, use an adorable bar cart towel to protect your hands! Pour the yummy mix into your martini glass. Place a dollop of whip cream on top to one side. Then, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and place a pecan halve or two on top of the cream! Then enjoy this lovely concoction with your family and friends!
