Returns and Shipping

Production Policy:
Our normal production times are 5-7 business days for monogrammed or personalized items.  We strive to beat these times, but depending on orders coming in, it can take this long.  We will update on our website if production times are greater during the Holiday Seasons.  If you need your item to be rushed, we will gladly accommodate as much as we can for a Rush Fee of $15.  Please be sure to add this to your item if you need it rushed.  Also, we recommend that you choose the appropriate shipping for a rush.  Once the item leaves our facility, we do not have control, so please contact the shipping carrier for information with your tracking number.  Please feel free to email us at for any assistance. 

Return Policy:
    We sincerely hope you absolutely love every product you purchase!  Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on monogrammed or personalized items. If, however, there is an error made on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so that resolution can be made.  All sale items are final. Non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, in its original condition, for a refund minus shipping costs and processing fees. Returns may be sent to 20 Hwy 87, Comfort, TX 78013  Any cancelled orders before processing will be refunded the cost minus a 5% transaction fee for fees we incur that are not refunded to us (ie. credit card transaction fees for purchase and refund.)  This also applies to cancelled and returned orders.   (this covers the credit card charges that occur for purchase and refund). For returns that fall outside of this policy, we ask that you reach out to see if exchange and/or store credit will be a solution.  All SALE and CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE.  Seasonal Products can only be returned for Store Credit within 30 days of purchase, and items MUST be in original condition.  We will examine these on a case by case basis.  Thank you for understanding our policies and how they protect both the buyer and the seller.

Shipping Policy:
    Shipping is generally through USPS, unless you have chosen a different carrier. Rates are determined by the weight and destination of the shipment and will appear after the address is entered.

Orders over $200 will be shipped at no charge to you unless expedited shipping is selected. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive after production days. Two day shipping and overnight shipping are available for an extra fee, determined by the shipping entity.

Orders must be received by noon CST for any rush shipping to be sent overnight or two day shipping, and a rush fee will be applied. Please call for any rush shipping.

Once an item has left our studio, and been stated as "delivered" by the carrier, Monogramme No. 29 is no longer responsible for that item.  We wish we could control all aspects of the delivery of our items, but we cannot. If your package shows that it has been delivered by the carrier, we encourage you to file a claim with your carrier that you have chosen. 

 Any items that are returned to Monogramme No. 29 will be at the customers expense.
