Returns and Shipping
Our normal production times are 5-7 business days for monogrammed or personalized items. We strive to beat these times, but depending on orders coming in, it can take this long. We will update on our website if production times are greater during the Holiday Seasons. If you need your item to be rushed, we will gladly accommodate as much as we can for a Rush Fee of $10. Please be sure to add this to your item if you need it rushed. Also, we recommend that you choose the appropriate shipping for a rush. Once the item leaves our facility, we do not have control, so please contact the shipping carrier for information with your tracking number. We sincerely hope you absolutely love every product you purchase! Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on monogrammed or personalized items. If, however, there is an error made on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so that resolution can be made. All sale items are final. Non-personalized items may be returned within 15 days of purchase, in its original condition, for a full refund minus shipping costs.
Shipping is generally through USPS. Rates are determined by the weight and destination of the shipment and will appear after the address is entered. Orders over $150 will be shipped at no charge to you unless expedited shipping is selected. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive after production days. Two day shipping and overnight shipping are available for an extra fee, determined by the shipping entity. Orders must be received by noon CST for any rush shipping to be sent overnight or two day shipping, and a rush fee will be applied. Please call for any rush shipping. Any items that are returned to Monogramme No. 29 will be at the customers expense.
