We hope you love your purchase! But if something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom, monogrammed, and personalized products are final sale. If we’ve made a mistake on our end, contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Sale & Clearance Items
All sale, promo, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns on Non-Personalized Items
- Return within 15 days of receipt
- Must be in original condition with tags attached
- Store credit will be issued (minus shipping + 5% processing fee)

Seasonal Products
Returns may be accepted for store credit within 15 days if items are unused and in original packaging. Evaluated case by case.
Cancellations
Orders canceled before shipping will be refunded minus a 5% transaction fee.
