PRODUCTION POLICY

Production Policy for Monogramme No. 29

Effective Date: January 22, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Monogramme No. 29. Every order is handled with care and intention, especially our personalized pieces. This Production Policy outlines how and when your order is created, processed, and shipped, so you know exactly what to expect.


Order Processing Timelines

Personalized Items
All personalized items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

Non-Personalized Items
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 1–2 business days.


Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for an additional fee.
To request rush processing, please be sure to select the Rush Fee option at checkout. This moves your order to the front of our production queue.

Please note:
Rush production does not include expedited shipping. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping must also be selected at checkout.


Peak Seasons

During holidays, promotions, or high-volume seasons, production times may be extended. We always recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.


Process for Custom & Personalized Orders:

Proof Approval
For some custom designs, a digital proof may be emailed for approval. Custom digitized files are often test-stitched before final production.

• Proofs must be approved within 24 hours to avoid delays
• If no response is received, production will proceed using the details submitted at checkout

Accuracy of Personalization
Please double-check all spelling, initials, monogram order, and personalization details before submitting your order. Monogramme No. 29 is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.


Materials & Craftsmanship

We use high-quality materials and thoughtful craftsmanship in every piece. Due to the handmade or customized nature of some items, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.

If a selected material or customization option becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss the best alternative.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Personalized Orders
Once production has begun, personalized orders cannot be canceled.

Non-Personalized Orders
Non-personalized orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST must be canceled by 8:00 AM CST the following business day
• Cancellations made after processing may incur a 5% processing fee

Order Changes
Changes to personalization details must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible.

SHIPPING POLICY 

 

Orders are shipped primarily via USPS, unless a different carrier is selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination and will appear once your shipping address is entered.

Free Shipping
Orders over $125 qualify for free standard shipping unless expedited shipping is selected.

Shipping Timelines

  • Standard shipping may take up to 7 business days after production
  • Two-day and overnight shipping options are available for an additional fee, as determined by the carrier

For overnight or two-day shipping:

  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST
  • A rush fee will apply
  • Please call us if you need assistance with rush shipping

Note: Shipping times vary based on the method selected and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

International Orders
International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has left our studio and is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Monogramme No. 29 is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is marked delivered but not received, we encourage you to file a claim directly with the carrier selected at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for carrier delays. For lost shipments, customers should first contact the carrier directly. If you need additional assistance, please email us at service@monogramme29.com.

Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back to Monogramme No. 29. Please contact us before shipping your return so we can provide you with instructions and ensure a smooth process.

RETURN POLICY 

 

Our personalized and monogrammed items are made to order with care and attention to detail.

We sincerely hope you love every item you purchase from Monogramme No. 29. Because many of our products are personalized, the following policies apply:

Store credit will be issued minus shipping costs and a 5% processing fee.

Personalized & Monogrammed Items
Personalized and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If an error is made on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Non-Personalized Items
Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale & Clearance Items

All SALE and CLEARANCE items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit, provided:

  • Items are unused and in original condition
  • Tags are still attached

Seasonal Items
Seasonal items may be returned for store credit only within 15 days of purchase and must be in original condition. These returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations
Orders canceled before processing will be refunded minus a 5% transaction fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing costs. This fee also applies to eligible canceled or returned orders.
