• Home goods: Towels, blankets, pillows, and door swag.
• Accessories: Bags, backpacks, hats, and dog bandanas.

Look for the 'M' icon on each product that can be monogrammed.

Once you place your order, we get to work and personally setup and embroider your item. We'll only reach out if we have any questions or need to clarify your order.

Production typically takes 2-4 business days, followed by shipping. You'll receive an email when your order ships.

The cost of embroidery depends on the monogram you choose.

We keep it very simple for you to view cost while ordering. When you choose an item to monogram, you'll always see the monogram cost as you select your monogram or font details.

We typically recommend gentle care for embroidered items. Washing instructions may vary depending on the product, but generally, handwashing in cold water with mild detergent is recommended.

We will design and stitch your custom embroidery based on the selected options you chose when you placed your order. Unless we have question or need additional information, we will handle the details and make sure your embroidered item looks perfect!

We offer a wide variety of thread colors to match your design perfectly. Color options will be shown to you during the design options.

Production times can vary depending on the complexity of your design and the current order volume.

Typical turnaround time is 2-5 business days. Holidays can sometimes add additional days to the production schedule. We will always make note of this on our website so you'll know in advance.

In some cases, we may be able to offer a digital mockup of your embroidery design for approval before production begins. This may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss this option.

Because embroidery is a customized service, we do not accept returns on embroidered items unless there is a defect in the product or the embroidery itself. Please contact us immediately, if there is an issue with your order.

Currently, we do not accept outside items for embroidery. However, we offer a wide selection of high-quality products that can be customized with your design.
