We offer a wide range of thread colors to make your monogram truly personal, without overwhelming you with hundreds of choices. If you select a color that we feel may not show up well or meet your expectations on a particular product, we’ll reach out before stitching to suggest other options. Our goal is simple: to make sure your finished piece looks just as beautiful as you imagined.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Our typical turnaround time for monogrammed items is 3–5 business days. During the holidays and other high-gift seasons, that timeframe may be a bit longer. If you’re on a tight schedule, we always recommend ordering early, or adding our Rush Fee option to move your order to the top of the list.
What kind of products can be embroidered?

We offer embroidery on a wide variety of products!

This includes:

  • Apparel: Tshirts, baby clothes, hats, sweatshirts, tote bags, and more!
  • Home goods: Towels, blankets, pillows, and door swag.
  • Accessories: Bags, backpacks, hats, and dog bandanas.

Look for the 'M' icon on each product that can be monogrammed.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, we offer quick turnaround if you need your order rushed.

For Monograms:

We offer a $20 per item Rush Fee to move your embroidery order to the top of our production schedule. This ensures your item is stitched and ready faster than our standard timeline.

Please note:

  • The Rush Fee applies to embroidery production only, it does not include expedited shipping.
  • If you need your order shipped quickly, please also select an expedited shipping option at checkout.
  • Choosing expedited shipping without the Rush Fee will speed up delivery once your order leaves us, but it will not move your item ahead in our embroidery schedule.

For Expediated Shipping:

At the checkout cart, select an expedited shipping option. Your order will leave our doors faster and the shipping carrier will deliver based on what you chose.

Quick Rush Fee FAQs

  • What is it? A $20 per item fee to move your embroidery to the top of our schedule.
  • Does it include faster shipping? No, please select expedited shipping at checkout if you need it delivered quickly.
  • What if I choose expedited shipping only? That speeds up delivery after embroidery is finished, but it does not move your item ahead in the schedule.
  • When should I add it? Anytime you need your monogrammed item completed sooner than our standard turnaround.
Do you make custom items?
Yes, we do! If you have a logo you’d like stitched on your own products, we can help. Need a one-of-a-kind monogram? We work closely with trusted monogram designers and can connect you to create something custom. We’re also happy to embroider outside items that you bring or ship to us, ust note that these pieces carry a slightly higher fee.
Can I preview my monogram?

Yes! We’re happy to provide up to 2–3 free previews of your monogram in different fonts using our embroidery software. These previews are sent as screenshots for your approval. Please note that we do not test stitch monograms without a fee. If you’d like additional previews beyond the first few, we can provide up to five more for a small charge.
