Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped primarily via USPS unless a different carrier is selected at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated by package weight and destination and will display once your shipping address is entered.

Free standard shipping on orders over $125 (expedited shipping excluded).

 

Shipping Timelines

• Standard shipping may take up to 7 business days after order processing

• Two-day and overnight shipping are available for an additional fee, as determined by the carrier

For overnight or two-day shipping:

• Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST

• A rush fee applies

• Call us if you need help with rush shipping

 

International Orders

We do not ship internationally.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has left our store and/or is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Monogramme No. 29 is no longer responsible for the package. If a package is marked delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the carrier selected at checkout. We're happy to assist with any information you need for that claim.
