What does this mean?
We know that it may not always seem convenient with billing, but as a small business and because we personally hand make every bandana ourselves (i.e., there are no pre-made fabric pieces), this is how it must be in order for us to maintain our quality standards.
This is why we have a 14 day cancellation policy.
Here is a quick date at a glance for reference.
The deadline to cancel for next month must fall between 1st-16th.
If you cancel after the 16th, (17th - 31st) it may result in a charge of 1 more month & 1 more adorable bandana delivered.
