Items must be returned within 15 days after receipt to receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Return refunds will be minus shipping costs and 5% transaction fee.

I have been ordering bandanas for about a year now, and just recently joined the subscription. Best choice ever! I love that they are unique and I don’t have to thinking about it. My pup comes to the office with me and always gets lots of compliments wearing her bandanna!

Wrong bandanas sent

I have been a customer for over a year and have loved the majority of the bandanas that have been sent for my family of dogs! They are usually super cute and very well made. However, I placed an order recently for two Fall bandanas for a new puppy and unfortunately, though close in fabric/design, were not the ones that I ordered/paid for. :(
