Our standard production time for personalized items may take 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping times. We understand that sometimes you need your items quicker, so we will push your order through in 1-2 business days with a Rush Fee. Again, this does not include your shipping time, so please be sure to choose your shipping method to accomodate your needs.

Items can be returned within 15 days after receipt to exchange or receive store credit.
Items must be unused and in new condition with original tags.
Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. All embroidery items are FINAL SALE.
