Order Processing Timeline

1. Standard Processing Time

  • Personalized Products: Each item is made to order and may require 7-10 business days for production before shipping.
  • Non-Personalized Products: Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2-3 business days.

2. Rush Orders

  • Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and estimated delivery.

3. Peak Seasons

  • During holiday seasons or promotional events, production times may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.


Custom and Personalized Orders

1. Proof Approval

  • For custom designs, a digital proof may be sent to your provided email for approval.
  • You must approve the proof within 24 hours to avoid delays. If no response is received, we will proceed with production based on the submitted design details.


2. Accuracy of Personalization

  • Please double-check all spelling, monograms, and details when placing your order. Monogramme No. 29 is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


Production Materials and Quality

  • We use high-quality materials and craftsmanship to create your products. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the handmade nature of some items.
  • If a material or customization option is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives.


Cancellations and Changes

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Personalized Orders: Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Non-Personalized Orders: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

2. Changes to Orders

  • Changes to personalization details can be requested within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes may not be accommodated.


Returns and Exchanges (please see Return Policy for more detailed description)

1. Personalized Items

  • Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem.


2. Non-Personalized Items

  • Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Shipping and Delivery

1. Shipping Timeline

  • Shipping times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and destination.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Delayed or Lost Shipments

3. International Orders

  • International shipping is available; however, customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees.
