All SALE and CLEARANCE, and Mahjong Tiles items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Non-Personalized Items
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit, provided:
- Items are unused and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
Seasonal Items
Seasonal items may only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
