Items must be unused and in new condition with original tags.
Sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged. All embroidery items are FINAL SALE.

Once placed, orders that are not embroidery orders are processed within 1 business day and will be shipped based on what you choose at check out.
For embroidery orders, please allow 2-4 processing days.
Rush Fee breakdown
- What is it? A $20 per item fee to move your embroidery to the top of our schedule.
- Does it include faster shipping? No, please select expedited shipping at checkout if you need it delivered quickly.
- What if I choose expedited shipping only? That speeds up delivery after embroidery is finished, but it does not move your item ahead in the schedule.
- When should I add it? Anytime you need your monogrammed item completed sooner than our standard turnaround.

Can I add a gift note?
Yes! If you write a note in the special instructions box at checkout, we’ll handwrite it on a small notecard and include it with your gift. Want something a little extra? You can also purchase one of our boutique greeting cards to make your message even more special.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We’ll do our best to help, but changes aren’t always possible. During business hours, orders may be fulfilled within 30 minutes of being placed, so if you need to make a change, please call us right away. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has entered production.
If you realize an error outside of business hours, please email us or leave a message, and our team will follow up to confirm whether changes can be made. For your peace of mind, please don’t assume adjustments have been processed until we’ve contacted you directly.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if your order is cancelled before fulfillment, we can issue a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, a 5% processing fee will be deducted to cover the credit card and transaction fees that are not refunded to us when an order is cancelled.
Do you offer a rush option?
Yes! For a $20 per item Rush Fee, your order will be moved to the top of our embroidery schedule. Please note: this speeds up production, but does not include expedited shipping, be sure to select a faster shipping method at checkout if needed.
How To Return My Items?
We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
