Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days after receipt to receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Return refunds will be minus shipping costs and 5% transaction fee.

Items must be unused and in new condition with original tags. Sale items are a final sale. All embroidery items are final sale.

I cannot resist this place. And they have the largest selection of e newton I have ever seen. The owner is so good about reaching out when new goodies arrive and even mailed be a $50 gift card for my loyalty.

This is such a great little shop! I’ve ordered several monogrammed gifts from Rhonda—and a couple for myself!—and they are always finished beautifully—and quickly! When you’re in Comfort, be sure to stop by this sweet little store!

If your looking to get something monogrammed I highly recommend their service! I had Christmas stocking that I ordered and had monogrammed but left one blank for our last baby. I looked everywhere to find someone who would monogram a personal item and was having trouble until I came across this company. When I received my sons stocking back it looked amazing with his name on it, it actually looks better than the rest of the families stockings! Thank you
