Wick Trimming: Before each burn, trim the wick to ¼ of an inch using a wick trimmer. Remove any debris or buildup. Ensure the wick remains centered.
- Full Melt Pool: Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the glass with each burn, especially the first, to prevent tunneling.
- Safety First: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Limit burn time to 3-4 hours at a time. Always place your candle on a coaster to protect surfaces from heat.
- Wax Level: Do not burn your candle if less than ½ inch of wax remains. Burning without enough wax can overheat the jar.
